Totalt 108 av biltillverkaren Nevs r\u00f6stber\u00e4ttigade borgen\u00e4rer, motsvarande 98,2 procent, r\u00f6stade p\u00e5 m\u00e5ndagen ja till f\u00f6rslaget om skuldnedskrivning, ber\u00e4ttar TTELA<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Samma dag fastst\u00e4llde<\/strong> V\u00e4nersborgs tingsr\u00e4tt f\u00f6rslaget, som inneb\u00e4r att alla de som har en fordran p\u00e5 Nevs p\u00e5 upp till 500\u00a0000 kronor, 469 borgen\u00e4rer, kommer att f\u00e5 hela summan tillbaka. Skulder \u00f6ver 500\u00a0000 kronor halveras. F\u00f6r Nevs del inneb\u00e4r det en besparing p\u00e5 drygt 300 miljoner kronor av de totala leverant\u00f6rsskulderna p\u00e5 700 miljoner kronor.<\/p>\n

Beslutet kan \u00f6verklagas inom tre veckor. Sedan b\u00f6rjar ackordsf\u00f6rslaget att g\u00e4lla, vilket inneb\u00e4r att de f\u00f6rsta betalningarna kan ske i mitten av april.<\/p>\n
